More than 600 FIAT car owners from across the country drove down to the automobile manufacturer’s Ranjangaon plant in Pune in a historic event for FIAT Group Automobiles India Private Limited.

More than 200 FIAT cars from New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, Surat, Mangalore, Goa, Dehradun, Raipur, Udupi, Indore and Pune assembled at the plant to visit the state of the art Ranjangaon facility.

This is exactly how the company should regain its lost customer confidence. FIAT will launch the iconic Jeep brand in India in 2013 and also launch new products under the FIAT brand.

At the congregation, Enrico Atanasio, MD of FGAIPL, said,” In our humble attempt to reward FIAT loyalists, we have made arrangements for more than 600 car owners from across India to visit our state of the art Ranjangaon facility so that they can witness firsthand the technological process and precision with which their beloved FIAT cars are manufactured. We are extremely excited today as this gives FIAT a strong opportunity for consumer connect and engagement by amalgamating these FIAT brand loyalists into the unique FIAT culture.”

The event reflects the loyalty, trust and respect that brand FIAT commands and the company will build on these values in order to make FIAT a key player in the Indian automobile market.

Fiat enthusiasts were hosted by the company officials and were taken to Ranjangaon for a special visit to showcase the world class manufacturing plant which included the FPT (Fiat Power Train ) division. Audio- visual presentations of FIAT’s global stable of cars and upcoming models were showcased to these enthusiasts and a short quiz was organized to reward the extremely well informed owners.

At the event, the company also announced a national referral program by which “Team Fiat India” member’s can avail exciting benefits and rewards on FIAT products and services.

A band of musicians kept these enthusiasts entertained and a lunch was hosted by FIAT.
