Noticias Automotivas, the Brazilian auto site has posted completely undisguised spyshots of the Ford EcoSport.
It clear from the images that the Ecosport will look very similar to the concept model which was unveiled at the 2012 Auto Expo by Ford.
Test mules of the EcoSport were spotted in Bahia with camouflage on the front and rear. Also Quatro Rodas magazine again from Brazil posted a spyshot of the EcoSport’s dashboard photographed near the car’s future manufacturing facility of Bahia. The centre console is very similar to the new Fiesta.
Ford could introduce the EcoSport in India by end of this year. The SUV will be powered the new Ecoboost petrol engine. The 1.0 litre petrol engine generates a power of 120Ps and a diesel engine which will be a slightly modified 1.5 litre from the new Fiesta will be strapped.
