Honda recently introduced a new variant to the Amaze range. The new “SX” variant will come standard with Front Dual Airbags and ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) apart from the other equipment available on a Honda Amaze “S” variant.
The new Amaze “SX” valiant will be placed above the “S” variant and will be available in both Petrol and Diesel with Manual Transmission. The Amaze range has been expanded and is now available in 12 variants: E, EX, S, SX (New) and VX (Petrol and Diesel) and S AT and VX AT (Petrol only).
The new variant has been launched after studying customer needs & aspirations and introduce features that enhance the overall ownership experience. The S variant has been the most popular variant in the Amaze range and with the addition of SX variant, Honda expects more volumes.
The Amaze diesel has been the major contributor and is powered with a 1.5L advanced i-DTEC diesel engine that provides segment leading mileage of 25.8 km/litre and best in class max power output of 100PS@3600rpm. The same engine is also available on the recently launched all new City.
