A first by any manufacturer in the two-wheeler space, Mahindra launched a Hindi version of the mobile site for its all new Pantero motorcycle. Most manufacturers are promoting their products either through Television or print media. The webspace has also become an important medium of advertisement to promote products and generate leads.
According to a study conducted by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI), in June 2012, there are currently 323 million rural mobile phone users in India, of which 3.6 million actively access internet on the go. Of this number, 32% access the Internet in Hindi and this number is likely to grow exponentially over the next few years. Looking at the growth in rural areas, the marketing team at Mahindra two wheelers is betting on new campaign which will be play a vital role.

The Pantero is powered by an 110cc petrol engine,sporting an indigenously developed intelligent MCi-5 (Micro Chip ignited-5 Curve) which delivers mileage of 79.5 kmpl (as per ARAI). The motorcycle is equipped with many first-in-class features like LED pilot and tail lamps, digital dashboard and longest seat (774 mm) in the 110cc commuter segment.
The Pantero is available in four variants – Self Start/ Cast Alloy Wheels/ Digital Console, Self Start/ Cast Alloy Wheels/ Analog Console, Kick Start/ Cast Alloy Wheels/ Analog Console and Kick Start/ Spoke/ Analog Console.
