Royal Enfield India will soon launch the Bullet 500. The company has started promoting the bike on the Indian website and also on print media. The Bullet 500 offers the Royal Enfield fans a more affordable option to ride a powerful 500cc motorcycle.
The Bullet 500 is powered by the Twinspark 500cc UCE engine which develops out 26.5 PS @ 5,1000 rpm and 40.9 Nm @ 3,800 rpm. The motorcycle is offered with a Carburettor with throttle position sensor and does not get fuel injection. However you can opt for a EFI variant which also available on sale.
The bike features a five-speed transmission with Electric/Kick option. The Bullet 500 is offered with 280mm Disc brake standard on the front and drum at the rear. Tyre options include a 90/90 – 19” on the front and 120/80 – 18” at the rear.
A new colour Forest Green is offered which could also be launched on other Royal Enfield’s in future e. Other noteworthy features include a continuous seat and grab rail with cushion for the pillion.
The Bullet 500 prices are expected to be announced very soon.
