India’s largest car maker Maruti Suzuki has launched a limited edition of the Swift tagged as Alpha. The new limited edition is available only on the VXi variant a step to boost the sales of the petrol variants.
The Petrol variants accounts only for 20% of the total Swift sales. Maruti Suzuki has increased the production of the car form 12,400 units to 20,000 units per month. To boost diesel Maruti has been sourcing 1 lakh Multijet diesel engines from Fiat.
