The Yuvraj 215 is a versatile, highly fuel efficient, ergonomically designed tractor with a haulage capacity of 1.5 tons and a top speed of 25 km/hr, which is the maximum in its class. It also boasts of the first water cooled single cylinder engine in this segment and side shift gear lever, ensuring comfort for the operator.
It is ideal for farmers who own bullocks / power tillers with 2 to 5 acres of land, as well as for those farmers who currently hire power tillers / bullocks and aspire to own a tractor.
The Yuvraj 215 will be manufactured at a state-of-the-art plant in Rajkot with the capacity to produce around 10,000 tractors per annum.
Mahindra Tractors has also featured in the top 10 list of most innovative Indian companies compiled by the Wall Street Journal as part of its survey to determine Asia’s 200 most-admired and innovative companies.
Found no official clarification regarding its fuel system whether idi or di engine.. As a trend setter it must would have been fitted with 1000cc,Di, 2 cylinder, 20Hp engine then it xplod like bom in entire tractor world.
The Yuvraj 215 is worth to be praised. It’s really wonderful for the small farmers of the great India’s to acquire such a equipment. Well i’m not a resident of India but i would like to thanks the government for subsidize the Yuvraj 215.
