Maruti Suzuki is all set to change the rules of the MPV segment with the launch of the R3. Maruti will launch this new MPV which is based on the Ritz platform with both petrol and diesel engine options.
The R3 will get an all new 1.4 litre VVT K series engine and the reliable 1.3 Multijet diesel engine with 90 horsepower. The MPV will have 7 seats with 3 rows and a six seater option may also be available (we hope it gets captain seats too).
The R3 will give some tough fight to Toyota Innova and Mahindra Xylo.
Expect all the comfort features like power windows at front and rear, integrated audio system with USB, Electric power steering, audio controls on the steering etc.
The R3 may be priced in the Rs. 6-8 lakh bracket.

anyways acceptable coz we hv habit to see models like vista, aria, xylo… 😉
