Mercedes Benz India launched the G-Wagen in Mumbai. The G-Wagen which is short for Geländewagen is also widely called the G-Class.
Mercedes has launched the AMG tuned G55. The G-Class is powered by a 5.5 litre petrol V8 which develops 507bhp at 6100rpm and 71.4kgm of torque at 2750rpm. The G55 can touch 100 km is just 5.5 seconds.
The G55 which will come as a CBU has been priced at Rs 1.1 crore (ex-showroom Mumbai).
