Audi India is all set to launch the A6 Sedan in August. The company recently launched the A7 Sportback and RS5 coupe in India. Audi which is currently the 3 biggest player in the Luxury segment will get in the new A6 to compete with BMW 5 Series and Mercedes E-Class.
The A6 will launched in both petrol and diesel engine options. The car will get a seven-speed S-Tronic twin-clutch gearbox and Quattro four-wheel drive system.
In the first four months, Audi sales more than doubled to 1,986 units as compared to the 967 units it had sold during the corresponding period last year. In April, the company sold 375 units, compared to 198 units in the same month last year.
