Fiat will launch the more power packed Punto on 16th July. Now is this just an upgrade in the engine like the Linea or is it really the Punto Sports we will come to know only when the actual launch takes place. Fiat to launch the Punto sport has been news for quite long since the January Auto Expo in Delhi.
One thing is certain that Punto will come with 1.3 Multijet engine with 90 bhp which help improve the cars sluggish image.
According to Autocar India the new Punto will improved dashboard trim, better fit and finish and a few more features on the way. Fiat is also offering the sporty-looking red stitching we had on this Punto’s seats.
