Mercedes-Benz will be introducing the diesel line up of the E-Class with the launch of the E350 CDI V6 on the 12th of this month.
The Common-rail diesel with turbocharger 2987cc engine in the E350 CDI has 231 bhp @3,800 rpm of power and 540Nm of torque. The company will also introduce BlueEFFICIENCY technology in the diesel. This technology reduces CO2 emissions and increases fuel efficiency by upto 12%.
The new class comes with 7G-Tronic 7-speed automatic (Drive Select) transmission.
