Facelifted Figo’s tail lamps revealed

Ford Figo has been caught testing time and again on numerous occasions. Most of the times the car was highly camouflaged and though it is well known that the car will get Kinetic design theme on the front and restyled tail lights at the rear, the exact changes were hard to deduce.

Our friends at Cardekho have manged to snap the rear of the facelifted Figo. The spy pic clearly reveals that the tail lamp will be altered and the side turn indicators will be housed lower in the tail light assembly. Rest of the rear design will remain the same and so will the side profile. The front will get a Hexagonal grille and the headlamps will be tweaked to make it follow the kinetic design theme. The feature list is also likely to be expanded with the addition of rear power windows, alloy wheels, push button start and steering mounted audio controls.

The Figo consistently sell around 6,000 per month and the facelift will only make things better for Ford.

Ford plans to export the Figo to 50 new markets and a refreshed could help to meet higher standards in terms of interior quality. Ford may reshuffle the features to get the Figo back to its price position value and will continue to be powered by the same engines.

Ford needs more products to complement the Figo and a car under the Figo would be ideal. The next big launch from the American car maker is the new EcoSport SUV which the company will price very aggressively to take on the competition.
