Mahindra has confirmed the launch of the Thar in India very soon. The company will launch the SUV on the 21st of December.
The Thar will sport a 2.5 CRDe engine, producing 105hp at 3800Rpm and 247Nm between 1800-2000 Rpm. The Mahindra Thar DI 4X2 BS3 will be priced at Rs. 4,42,000/-, Mahindra Thar DI 4X4 BS3 will be priced at Rs. 4,90,590/- and Mahindra Thar DI 4X4 BS4 will be priced at Rs. 6,17,933/- (all prices ex-showroom, Hyderabad).
