Yamaha India has launched its latest “Yamaha Racing Contest” as a part of its new marketing campaign. Yamaha Racing Contest (“Contest”) is a limited period contest valid from 19th April 2010 to 31st May 2010 (Contest Period), brought to you by India Yamaha Motor Private Limited (“IYM”) and the Contest is open for all, irrespective of whether the participant uses a Yamaha Motorcycle or not subject to these terms and conditions.
The contest is open for participants across India except Tamil Nadu. This contest is not open for participants from the State of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979. (sorry for friends of Tamil Nadu)
There is no entry fee is charged to participate in the Contest and every person logging on to the website of Yamaha India (IYM) shall be eligible to register himself/herself on the website and play the online Quiz competition. Every participant who registers during the contest period shall be allowed one attempt to play the online contest.
The prizes of Yamaha Racing Contest for Yamaha & non Yamaha Lucky winners are as follows:

- Winner will be informed within 2 weeks.
- Prize winners may be required to attend a prize presentation ceremony, related publicity events and be featured in Yamahas publicity materials.
Every participant who provides correct answers to all the questions in the contest shall be provided with a unique code and all the winners including grand prize shall be selected by the software from the list of the unique codes provided to the participants and the winning participants shall be informed of the same vide email, phone.
To claim the prize the participant shall have to provide to the authorised dealer the unique code alongwith the identity proof. Names of winners will be made available with all IYM Authorized Dealers and will also be displayed on IYM website.
Prizes are non-encashable, non-transferable and non-extendable. All prizes are not inclusive of insurance and other related expenses, which are the sole responsibility of the winners. All unique codes after providing the winner participant with the gift prize shall be destroyed.
IYM’s employees and their relatives, its dealers and their relatives, advertising and event management agency are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
